"Lobby is very nice and we loved the coffee machine in the lobby that was available 24/7. Great coffee! The staff was great and helped our party all get rooms by eachother. Hotel was walkable to Downtown Disney. Disneyland was about a 20 min walk but the ART picked up right in front of the hotel which was great. Breakfast was good. As far as cleanliness, the room was alright. The carpet was super dirty. I have a toddler and her feet were filthy within 5 min of having her shoes off. We also had an Ant problem 4 out of the 5 nights. My parents and in-laws both had rooms (so we had 3 rooms in total) and they also had ant issues. That was VERY frustrating coming home from a long day at Disneyland and having to deal with Ants at 11pm at night several nights. They would come spray our room when we called, but it was still very inconvenient especially with a 3 year old I was trying to get to bed. However, I read past reviews and I've only seen 1 other review mentioning Ants and it was around the time we were there so it might be a new issues. We often stay at Best Western hotels and I do think this one was toward the bottom of the list out of the ones we've stayed at. It could use some cleaning (especially of the carpets) and some updates. But it worked for what we needed and was conveniently located. "

"Liked close proximity to LA Convention Center and outdoor Central Market (with different kinds of food). Very walkable area, safe. This hotel offers a modestly priced, rentable space off the lobby to use internet or do business calls. Very nice lobby with cafe/bakery. Great for a meeting! Nice, if small room. "

"This place is a great family hotel. The pool is heated and we were in it every day of our stay in November. The gym area is also nice and neither were ever over crowded. All of the staff where helpful and very kind. The only negative reviews I found for this place was directed at the shuttle so I was ready to Uber if needed but let me tell ya, the shuttle service to Disney gates was amazing and nothing less. The drivers were very personable and we never waited more than 10 minutes, most the time it was under 5 minutes. I give the shuttle a 10 out of 10 and we used it 4 times a day minimum "

"Ease of check-in, friendly door staff to the front desk. Helpful and kind. I appreciate that. The room was big, yet cozy with a cool city view, while also being quiet which made for a great nights rest. The lobby area is very business oriented where I was able to get some work done while meeting with clients at the same time. Highly recommend "
