"An excellent stay in a great hotel close to Queens Park. The staff were efficient, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. A welcome change from the large "corporate" but soulless hotels. Highly recommended."

"All in all it was a good stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. There's a bus station close by as well as a train station. Everything was good and you get a good deal for your money."

"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. "

"It was lovely. Room nice and clean. Staff were brilliant. Only issue I had was someone was locked out of there room and wasn’t quiet about it. And just before 11 my key stopped working, luckily there was a cleaner to let me in and grab my bags "

"There is nothing wrong with the hotel and it was good value for the stay. Drinks were slightly more expensive than expected. Food was good. The hotel although nice is in need of some updating. All in all a pleasant stay sonewhere different. "
