I love that this hotel has an outer lock once business hours have ended. This provided another layer of safety and comfort for us. The coffee shop next door and inclusion of a free coffee made the trip that much more enjoyable. The build of the hotel is lovely as well. With a classy, vintage, and eclectic feel, this hotel encompassed the unique beauty of Portland very well. Food, drinks, events, parking garages, and public transportation are within very simple reach. "

"From the time of check in to check out, everyone was friendly. Erik took care of us at time of check in. we did have an issue with the heater, the lady, that worked the morning shift. Got maintenance up to the hotel room right away. Ricardo maintenanceman, did a great job getting that heater issue taken care of. Very clean comfortable place to stay. If ever needed to be in portland overnight, this will be a place to stay again."
