"My husband, dogs, and I stayed for a long weekend in Oct 2024 so we could do hiking trips with out a long commute from our home on upper Cape. It was an ideal location to go to Race Point Beach, Nauset Beach, and Chatham. The property was immaculate, pictures shown absolutely represent the charm of the property. Lots of little extras like a bag of dog treats, bottles of water, kcups, etc. They even had towels & blankets for dogs. Bathrobes to use the jacuzzi. We used the jacuzzi out last...

"Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...

"What a fun time for my whole family! This charming beach cottage is beach themed decorated and so classy. The host was very friendly and got back to us immediately when we had questions. It was so easy and relaxing to have everything in one place (beach is literally steps away). My teenagers had just as much fun as my little kids. Had wine on the balcony of the master bedroom with my wife --with an amazing view of the ocean--this place is a homerun. Cant wait to return!"

"This is a lovely property near Mashpee. It is very close to the beach and part of a larger resort community. Very convenient to other areas (most of the Cape is within an hour's drive--Ptown slightly longer). Extremely quiet and comfortable. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very cozy. "

"We liked the privacy of this small house near the pond (it may not be the best for swimming, but perfect for kayaking and for the views). Outdoor shower, the kayak, clean comfortable bedding, and Vacasa's responsiveness to our questions were high positives. "Right next to the beach, which is handy if you plan to walk to the beach and dislike Orleans lack of sidewalks — downside is traffic in front of the property. The property itself is small and very compact. We reserved it for more people than actually ended up coming, so one bathroom and very confined dining space didn’t matter all that muc."
