"Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults "

"Allways like coming to Rixos Dubrovnik (usually once a year for last 5-6 years). Like Turkish hospitability as further you go East more hospitable cultures... While subjectively I love the place and it is still my favorite Spa in Dalmacia, objectively there are some things that bit degraded with time. Food, I guess the global situation with the cost of food reflects on current offer, the variability of current offer is much less compared with previous years. There were 3 instances of false fire...

"Amazing stay with this lovely hotel, because of Christmas spirit they have upgraded me to a double room instead of single room. Its was lovely and im in the centre of the old town near where the NYE programme set and lovely fireworks display. Thanks to Nikolina for your warm and accommodating welcome to me. Thank you"
