"We have stayed at this place many times for an over night stay on the way south. It’s clean and comfortable. It’s an older motel that is well-maintained and kept up. They have made many updates over the years. It’s situated along a river and we have spent time watching the river traffic during warm weather, which is enjoyable. We will stay there again."

"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better.
