"On our road trips, we have stayed in many hotels and motels, the Shady Lady was a unique and wonderful experience! Incredible desert views, lots of wildlife, and yes, a delicious breakfast! Extraordinarily pet friendly, more so than any hotel we’ve stayed at."

"Very cute and clean retreat unit. There were many amenities for off the grid facility, and was easy to come and go. Yard felt very safe and clean, we didn’t bring our service dog in training, I am a professional dog trainer, but I would absolutely feel safe to take my dog(s)"

"First the host David, is super nice, and great communication. The place is is a little rundown on the outside however the inside is absolutely well taken care of and super clean. It is also hands-down the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever had with paper products, detergent, soap, cookware, etc., etc… However, I do feel like hostas should be very clear that they also live on the property when you’re gonna rent something. Well, I see this as a plus some people may not care for that. The owner has two...

"Four of us spent four nights here. This is basic accommodations that are clean and comfortable. Close to Death Valley and a couple of ghost towns which provided interesting areas to explore. We appreciated staying here."
