"We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy."

"Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking."

"Our family chose Kentucky to celebrate a milestone birthday & visit Makers’s Mark Distillery. One of the primary reasons we decided on this property was that it was dog friendly. The property itself is warm, inviting and spacious. The owner had great/fast communication —and even stopped by when we couldn’t figure out how to work the television. Throughout our time on the farm, we truly felt like we were being woven into the local fabric. "

"The property was beautiful and quiet. Loved being in nature and roaming around in the woods surrounding the home. Enjoyed the fire pit and sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. Our kids loved running around and exploring nature. So beautiful and just lovely hope to return again "
