"Beautiful hotel - only downside was the vegetarian food offered at the Immigration Law Conference - surprisingly awful for except for the gala dinner entree and sweets. I had to grab a waitress to get the 3 vegetarian guests their main meal and we ate after everyone else and it was inedible oversalted risotto slop. Others got half a roast pumpkin with nothing else. The lunches were awful - overcooked, slimy lentil salads - French put lentils should be used in a five star hotel. Even the roast potatoes were horrible. The vegetarian food was no better than that served in my university whole foods cafe in the 1980’d or public hospital standard dishes. The coffee was horrible too. I am sorry to be so harsh when everything else was excellent. I understand that catering for a huge event is very demanding but I have had better at your Melbourne and Sydney sister hotels at this conference in previous years."

"We chose this hotel in part because if it’s proximity to the airport ( just minutes away). The hotel was in a beautiful setting and quiet. Off street parking is available ,including underground parking. Our room was large and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant; service was good and there were a variety of options."
