"Perfect for what we needed it for. The space felt homey and spacious. We loved the super comfy beds and modern interior. The balcony was a little lacking in privacy as we were on the ground floor, but the gardens were really lovely and well maintained with lots of colourful flowers, providing a beautiful outlook, as well as a roofed outdoor dining area with BBQ. "The accommodation is good. Vèry central location and alomg the riverside. The rom was good as it was spacious and clean. Safe parking on site too. I did have problems logging on to the internet using the hotel wifi. I definitely wil stay here again rhe next time."

"This property suited our needs, quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly. We only spent a night. The pool looked inviting, next time. We did not like that the coffee pods supplied were not complimentary (instant coffee was) and the air conditioning and main light were on the same switch."

"This was a great place to stay in a really good central location, with plenty of things to do within a fairly short drive. Reception staff were absolutely lovely. The room looks relatively nice but there were just a lot of small things that made it really outdated. Things such as no smart TV, a really crappy showerhead, not very comfortable beds etc 😅 that being said, I would absolutely stay again and if they updated a few things it would elevate people's stays SO much. "Great location in between Manuka and Kingston villages (closer to Kingston), walking distance to both and to Manuka oval. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable accomodation, very neat and clean. Great communication and very easy to deal with. A lovely short-term stay."
