"Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. "

"We stayed in mid-October for a wedding. Front porch has amazing sunrises and retains heat during the day in the off-season. Close to lots of amazing things including the beach (front yard). Hosts were easy to contact. There is a mandatory third party damage waiver as an FYI. Would stay again! Thanks!"

"I cannot remember a time when I felt more welcome. Everything we needed for our stay at Polly's Place was easily within reach from the moment we walked through the door. The homeowners thought of everything, including the tiniest details, to make our family's stay over Thanksgiving comfortable and happy. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the other areas (living room, dining room, and sun porch/family room) were great spots for our family to spread out...

"We had a great week. The house was perfect. The bonus of the beach plum farm in the back yard is unreal! It’s a brisk 10 min walk from the house to beach chair lugging the beach buggy and others. If you don’t like to walk this isn’t the house for you however we found it enjoyable.We can’t wait to come back "
