"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. The property was also over an hour from trailheads...

"Let me start with the positives: this place is clean, neat, tidy, and in a lovely and quiet location. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious. My stay there was terrible however due to the extremely unkind (verging on the extremely mean) treatment by one of the family members running this place -the middle aged woman. I had been driving for seven hours to get there, right before I reached the nearby main city, Bolzano, a severe thunderstorm struck and the GPS sent me around...
