"This was our second time to stay here. The host is wonderful. We were here from Thursday until Tuesday on Memorial weekend when we came in from 4 wheeling all day on Saturday the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 80 degrees in the home. I contacted the host and she returned my call within 2-3 minutes. She contacted her repair person and he was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and we were cool again. "The house was clean, well organized, and many additional amenities were provided. The cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled, so it was easy to find things like trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The location was ideal for visiting Growler Pines Tiger Preserve and the elephants at the Endangered Ark Foundation, which were the reasons for our trip to Hugo. The host was very kind and prompt to respond to messages. One tip for those, like me, who don't have a digital keypad, to lock the door...

"Overall we had a great stay! I would give a few suggestions, such as fans in the living area, even with the A/C set low it was stuffy and warm. In the bedrooms, the fan would not run unless the lights were on, again it got hot at night. The lock on the back door was broken, so we could not access the back yard patio. Overall very cute and perfect for our needs!"

"Secluded cabins that were extremely clean. Comfy bed. 9 hole disc golf course. Comfortable bath house and "outhouse". Easy check in with the owner. Owner was also very knowlegeable of the area."

"The Crescent Moon lodge did not disappoint! The location is so beautiful and quiet! Our family ages range from 1 year old to 86 and everybody loved it! We fished, hiked and just relaxed by the fire. We certainly hope to book a return vacation in the future!"
