"Beautiful location. Peaceful surroundings. Poolside space is very limited. Very limited options to eat outside the hotel within walking distance. Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. " Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great."

"Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. Had to come out and sort the check out when ordering room service (even though I notified I have credit for the room) - was a bit annoying but everything sorted. "This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept. Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day. Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"

"Excellent hotel with authentic Thai facilities and theme.Lady owner and her son treated us like family, breakfast and pool was amazing, lovely and quiet away from city centre but only about 4 pound for a taxi to get to centre.all staff were so friendly.will definitely use this hotel again when next in chiang mai.👍💕"

"One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The setting is beautiful, as are the spacious rooms. The pool area was gorgeous, however, could've done with a rail and better non-slip tiling. Ate twice in the Thai restairant- excellent food. Breakfast in Creek cafe was plentiful and super selection. All staff were friendly and very professional. I would definitely stay again! "

"The view from our room was fantastic. The resort was quiet and relaxing, and they had a good restaurant on premise. The room had a lot of space, and a great balcony to view the mountains. The staff was wonderful, and arranged massages for us from outside the resort"

"Very beautiful and comfortable suite with personal pool. This has a small kitchen but has no plates, bowls, eating or cooking utensils? Should at least have bottle opener/cork screw for romatic drinks. This is good for secluded retreat. Not good area if you want to walk and shop and eat and drink. Nowhere to walk to. Last morning water too low to take shower??? I think isolated event. Not normal. Very nice place to stay for seclusion and romance."

"We were pleasantly surprised! The cabins were really cute, windows all around to see the rice paddies. We took a dip in the pool too which was great. Each cabin seems to be facing the centre of the properties with a noce view. Its so quiet and lots of nature sounds in the evening. Surprisingly no mosquitos! It seemed we were the only guests on a 30 cabin property! The property has a restaurant but it seems you have to find the staff and tell them when youll want to eat and they will be there to prep for you. Theres a convenience store close by (you pass it to get there) and its everything you need. "

Amazing resort

"The hotel was very spacious, close to the resort cafe and reception and within walking distance to the riverbed and sanctuary. It had good amenities with a large outdoor shower with shower gel/ shampoo and toilet paper. In the bed room there was bottled water and kettle for teas or coffees, homemade mosquito repellent and soap bar, there was also a hair dryer and a mosquito net which was an extra bonus. The resort offer free shuttle to the riverbed however we walked down and made our way over to the sanctuary it was amazing to see the elephants roaming around with the designated handlers who were so friendly despite the language barrier for some. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely come back again. "
