"Beautiful and scenic view "

"I stayed here with my parents (70’s) and niece (22). My niece lives in Vancouver so this was a family visit to Vancouver Island to see her. We wanted to stay somewhere a little more quiet and secluded, not in Victoria. The location was perfect for us. Just outside the town of Sooke with easy access for shops and restaurants. And close to a lot of parks for hiking. It was also just a 45 minute drive to Victoria and Butchart Gardens, both of which we wanted to visit. The cottage was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, we made breakfast each day and grilled local fish one night. The deck was great, we had happy hour out there and enjoyed the view! And the best bonus was there’s a path for walking literally out the back door.If you want something a little more nature focused and out of the hustle and bustle of the city, this is a perfect place to stay!! "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Studio. Clean and quiet. The little kitchen was a great size for 1.The closeness to the ocean, and the dock access was a pleasant surprise.The work being done on the highway into town was the only drawback. Too many cars on the road blocking the only access to the parking lot. "
