"I loved the Hotel and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had a mishap which lead to one of us to get locked out of their room after help had already left. Thankfully after a bit of stress we were able to have someone come open it for us and let us back in. I would suggest letting guests, especially foreigners know that the place will shut up at a certain point but besides that the stay was great albeit a little loud from the traffic. Would 10/10 recommend "

"A very cheerful and helpful welcome which is always appreciated. The Hotel was conveniently beside the A4 and easy to find. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. Dining in the Hungry Horse was OK but not exceptional. The availability of a Snacks/Drinks Vending Machine was also a bonus. Would highly recommend."

"The pub is on a busy road but the room was set back from the road and there was no issue with the noise. Plenty of parking available. Unfortunately we stayed on a very hot night, and even with the fan provided we struggled to sleep. "They accommordated us with an early check in at no extra cost, there was parking & a lovely breakfast all included in the price which was very reasonable. The rooms are lovely with water, tea & coffee & biscuits, there's a safe, and hairdryer and the beds are really comfortable. Could not fault it at all, would definitely recommend. I would definitely stay again.. "

"We enjoyed the stay compare to other properties in London, however I wish the stay will be more comfortable if the mattresses were 8 to 10inch as current mattress feel you sleep on rock hard surface. In addition I would use professional cleaners to clean the APT. "
