"We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub...

"Lovely quiet location, A perfect antidote to the crowds. Tomeu very welcoming with some lovely oranges and lemons from his farm, Coming from the Cotswolds we know all about sheep (!) but these were particularly charming with their bells and friendly manner, loved watching them especially during feeding time. Stunning location, only 10 minutes from Fornalutx which is beautiful with lovely restaurants and a beautiful outlook over the mountains. Very much enjoyed driving in the Tramontana...

"Small and bijou perfect for 2 people- relaxing and laid back. Uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean from a large terrace. Handy if you are fit for the walk to Soller Bay especially the return. Or have an appropriate car and reasonable driving skill."

"Das Haus ist schön groß und der Garten riesig, aber sehr ungepflegt. Leider wurde die Dachterrasse und der Pool erst am 2./3. Tag nur halbherzig gereinigt (Schade, wenn msn nur 5 Tage da ist. Dabei ist es dort wunderschön. Insgesamt würde dem Haus weniger Plastikblumen, bunte Solarlichter und Duftstäbe gut tun. Zu viel… Wir haben als drei Freundinnen die Zeit dort trotzdem sehr genossen, weil man ungestört eine entspannte Zeit verbringen konnte und von dort tolle Ausflüge in alle Richtungen...

"We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"The property is not set up well as a rental and although described as rustic requires some investment. The cleanliness was questionable, the pool dirty and a broken toilet seat just added to our disappointment."

"We had a wonderful stay high up in the mountains . The place is very spacious and looks even better that in the photos. It is a 30 min ride on a very narrow, curvy, steep road with the occasional vehicle coming from the other direction, not for the faint of heart. We did not leave the mountain only every other day, not only because of the drive but also because it is so peaceful and relaxing to just stay there, certainly compared to the rest of the island. "We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!).
