"A Nicaraguan emerging & hidden gem! Although not part of my original itinerary, H & R Ranch is the superior choice. "I am so happy that I picked this hotel out of all here in Las Penitas! Location is superb - a walk to the beach and many restaurants and you can eat in the house, as well! The hotel is clean, comfortable and up to date. Run buy the super hostess Catalina who is always there for you - be it arranging a ride, advise on local life, get your clothes washed and more. Plus overdall flexibility. If your spanish is non existent - not to worry, Catalina speaks english. Highly recommended. "

"Hostal para pasar la noches cómodamente en León, a 800 metros aproximadamente de la Catedral. Se puede ir caminando o en autobús al centro de la ciudad. La atención es lo mejor de esta propiedad. Es una buena opción para pasar la noche respecto a su precio. "

"It would have been a good stay but the room the walls were dirty nasty and the club the music was so loud we barely were able to sleep music was every night until 6 am the staff was very attentive and great I don’t think I would stay there again"

"The El Belga Loco is a great place to stay, its very clean, all of staff treat you like family, the food is great and the beer is cold, the pool is very clean and it has very easy access to the beach, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing visit !!!!!"

"We loved the location because we could walk just about anywhere. There is a nice dining and shopping area near by as well as the Central Park and church. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful! The only reason why I gave it less stars is because the property’s bed arrangement in the 4 bed units, it felt tight and also it can use some upgrades. Also we were unlucky with the room facing the street and it got very loud. "

"This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to assist you. Definitely would come back in my next trip to Nicaragua."
