New bungalow in Moressée (Heure) with magnificent panoramic view

This is a 4-bedroom holiday home in Somme-Leuze, resting in the heart of Belgian Ardennes. There is a private furnished garden, which offers beautiful views of the region and ample space to relax. You can spend a relaxing holiday here with a family or a group of 9 members. Somme-Leuze rests in the ‘Valley of Taste’ and offers a lovely holiday amid beautiful natural surroundings. You can go hiking and cycling on the signposted trails and later, enjoy a scrumptious meal at one of the world-famous restaurants. Supermarkets are 4 km away. For a refreshing swim, you can head to the public swimming pool at 13 km. You can visit Durbuy and Liege easily by car. The holiday home has a wood stove for indoor heating. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen to grab a quick cup at any time of the day. In the evenings, you can set up a barbecue in the garden and enjoy it. There is a lovely terrace to relax and linger all day long. Children can play ball games on the lawn. Parking is available.

Gewéldige locatie met een prachtige omgeving waar je een gigantisch stuk grond voor jezelf hebt. Mooie nieuwe keuken, recent geplaatst die er erg modern en mooi uitziet. Echter bij binnenkomst circa 200 vliegen in huis aanwezig..... Dezelfde week constant moeten sporten om alle vliegen weg te jagen. Eindstand 200+/- vliegen gedood geen fraai gezicht.

Het huis ligt op een mooie plaats en heeft inderdaad een weids uitzicht wat erg mooi is. Het huis zelf is echter in mindere staat. We hebben veel verbeterpunten aangegeven maar het is de vraag wat er mee gedaan wordt. Het is een 9 persoons huis. Wij waren met 7 personen en daarvoor was zelfs te weinig bestek en glaswerk aanwezig. Ook waren er extreem veel vliegen in en om huis, later in de week kregen we ook extreme overlast van wespen in huis (er leken 2 nesten in de muur te zitten bij de grote slaapkamer boven). Al met al kijken we niet positief terug op het huis an sich, gelukkig maakt de omgeving veel goed!

Ontvangst van sleutel was prima. Uitleg was goed. Huis zag er netjes uit alleen de keukeninhoud was niet schoon. Veel vieze borden, glazen en kopjes plakten aan bodem in kastje. Veel vies bestek en ook sommigen met roest. Vaatwasser stonk verschrikkelijk. Kortom niet hygiënisch in keuken. Rest van huis was wel schoon. Toilet beneden stond los.

Alles helemaal in orde. Uren voor afhalen van de sleutel zouden op vrijdag iets later mogen zijn voor mensen die van hun werk naar de Ardennen rijden. Tot 21u zou perfect zijn.

Veels te veel vliegen, meer dan 200 gedood (na een tijdje gingen we het bijhouden). Geen vliegendoders aanwezig. Krakende koelkastdeur. Wasmachine centrifugeert niet. Doucheslangen bijna kapot Verstopte wasbak en doucheput. Erg krakende bedden. Slaapkamerraam zonder rolgordijn. Onduidelijk waar papier en plastic weggegooid moest worden.
