"I love the Pfister for its historical appeal and friendly staff. Club Blu is a wonderful aspect of the hotel. The view from our room was amazing, a little bit of city and a little bit of water. "

"The property is beautiful and has a lot to offer in the way of food, entertainment and activities; however, they need to work on their housekeeping and general cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. "
