"We enjoyed a rather dreamy family holiday at the Hacienda , a collection of properties scattered around an old olive orchard planted by the hosts great grandfather (now producing award winning olive oil as a hobby). So a family property and the warmth of the hosts shows through from start to finish. A wonderful outdoor space in centered around a large pool and fantastic outdoor kitchen , overlooking the sea, and the twinkling lights of Split in the distance. Picking figs, peaches and herbs in the garden whilst making dinner was an absolute delight. You can clearly see the love and care that have gone into making this a very special place indeed, and it could not be more private. If you are looking for a quiet holiday with friends or family this really is a perfect place. Worth noting, the island of Solta is about as sleepy as it gets. Whilst there are some lovely restaurants, none are within walking distance (the one in the village recently shut down). But the island is small so its quick to get around, and I'd recommend booking Mario's Jeep, great value and you'll appreciate the sturdiness on some of the islands roads. The indoor spaces, by comparison were smaller, but well presented and well equiped, but this place is all about the wonderful outdoors. "

"Very well maintained apartment with everything you need centrally located near the beach. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity yet it is nice and quiet in the apartment. Host was very helpful with detailed instructions and local recommendations. Highly recommend it to anyone!"

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this amazing villa and can’t wait to return again. Šolta is a lovely, quiet island compared to the busier, more touristy ones. The villa is absolutely perfect for a family holiday with 4 en-suite bedrooms, a large pool and great bbq. The two cars included are also a huge benefit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and Miranda is the perfect host."

"The house was perfect in every way. The pool was a huge hit with the kids and teenagers, with lovely sitting area with shade at all times of day. The house was small but well equipped, clean and beautifully air-conditioned, bug-proofed and so comfy we slept late every day! The hostess was amazing, cleaning the pool daily, making sure we had everything, letting us know about public holidays and bad weather. She even left us delicious treats of cakes and figs! An absolutely excellent holiday, thank you so much!"

To do just that, I choose this beautiful property because pictures speak for itself and the island location was perfect to decompress, relax and have major quality time with family and friends while having fun. Villa Giove was perfection: clean, comfortable, practical and it had all the amenities to allow you to relax and enjoy. Owners are wonderful, caring and hospitable people whose communication and assurance made me feel at home before we even stepped onto the property!
