"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour. "I had a really good check-in experience. It was a few minutes walk from the train station, to my surprise public transport is very efficient in Stockholm and you could ride to the city center in less than 10 minutes from the property. The property was clean and robust communication set up! "

"Absolutely loved the apartment and its convenient location right in the heart of the old section of Stockholm. If we return to Stockholm, I'd stay there again without question. Just be aware that it's on a pedestrian-only street, so your taxi will need to drop you a few blocks away and you will need to walk. The upside of that is that it's located on an incredibly quiet, beautiful cobblestone street. "

"This was my first time in stockholm and did not realize how far out from the city it was. Taxi ride cost me $71 from downtown. Otherwise a nice hotel"

"Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "

"Plenty of space and nice to have 3 rooms for sleeping as well as a great location. However as it is a basement (No6) it has no ventilation and therefore is hot and damp. There was a dehumidifier and some fans which help a little bit and the nearby hotel staff were very helpful. "

"Great location, perfectly clean and pleasant apartment. It was a little cold on arrival, but just needed to wait for the heating to warm the rooms. I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. I would definitely choose to stay there again"

"It was lovely to be able to check in a little earlier than usual as I had a long journey and was exhausted. ..thank you to the accommodating staff on the front desk. The room was functional ..and had a desk, which came in handy, as I had work to do. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable...superbly located close to the railway station ..I shall definitely be returning."

"I loved staying at the property- a great location in the middle of Östermalm but it was so quiet! I walked everywhere from the hotel including to and from the station. I really loved the theme of the hotel and especially Greta’s bistro where I had dinner one of the nights of my stay- the food was excellent and the staff exceptional! The only thing that was a little confusing was check in and I think that was down to the time I arrived- the reception area is a small space right next to a busy queue for the busy bar! But this wouldn’t be enough to detract from top marks. I’d stay here again any time!"

Perfect location for business or vacation

"Hotel rooms are underground which is great for sleeping during summer when there is no real night in Stockholm. Having a deli in the same building is very convenient. Central location, walking distance to the train station and great price. I highly recommend. Young people seem to like the place."
