"Larry hosted us for a week with our dogs while we were on a house-hunting expedition. Larry was a perfect host; very attentive but allowed us our space. The Cabin is very cozy and while there is no kitchen sink, the property details disclose this so we were prepared. It was a wonderful stay!"

"The code never worked for us to get into the place so we needed assistance when we arrived and each time we left and needed to get back in, which required us to sit in our vehicles and wait for help and access. I can say the when we called for supplies because the bathrooms & kitchen weren’t stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. and to ask for a lobster pot, maintenance responded extremely quick and we’re very helpful! Having enough towels for 12 people, and having more cooking...

"The view was amazing. The cabin tho was nothing like expected. It's currently being renovated, but the walls are nothing but installation, the flooring isn't finished at all. There is electricity and tv, but no water and the bathroom is not finished but there is a port a potty outside that is completely disgusting. Overall the view is great but the place definitely needs a lot. "

"Look no further! This place has everything you need and then some. The location is absolutely perfect. It is off the beaten path and so serene, but still close enough to activities and food places to make it well worth a bit of extra driving. "We had the advantage of a perfect week of weather. We enjoyed canoeing and the calm lake. The camp was very quiet which allowed us to have some artistic time drawing, playing guitar, and taking lots of photos. The loons sang for us and an owl visited on two of the nights. "This was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The house was incredibly clean and welcoming, and we saw deer come out every morning and evening. The river down the road was gorgeous and the wire bridge was cool. There’s some good kayaking and hiking spots not too far. Sam was very responsive. Great place to stay if you want to disconnect for a bit."

"We stayed in this home for 2 nights during our trip to Maine. The place is in close proximity to a few convenience and grocery stores, as well as many restaurants and beautiful hiking trails in a ski village. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we enjoyed the balcony at the back of the place, which has a view of the river. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and this place was a great spot for us to relax after busy days in Sugarloaf. "
