"I've stayed here a number of times as I travel often for work. The units are all great - comfortable and fully furnished. Really great value. Tremendous location downtown, includes parking, and the property management company communicates well and is responsive. As an FYI - the mattress is on the firm side. Upon my late arrival to Cleveland/Little Italy via the red line from Hopkins Airport the walk to the location was easy to get to if youve been here before. Suggest getting the monthly parking at ABM with your property and adjusting the room price accordingly. "As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay."
