"Pros: (1) clean property, (2)a/c takes time to kick in but works (essential for summer), (3) communication with property manager via *WhatsApp* with mostly prompt responses, (4) helpful family managing the property, (5) peaceful stay. Cons: (1) the property is on a hill - you have to take at least two flights of stairs (not in the pictures) outside the house to get to the entrance, and then there is a colorful long flight of stairs inside the house (in the pictures). So be prepared if traveling...

"Lovely apartment, great location, close to everything! Excellent communication from host(s) with fantastic suggestions for dinner, activities, and transportation. The apartment makes great use of its space with a loft. It has all that’s needed for a short or lengthy stay. The entrance is in a quiet alley just a few steps from the main street, and large room windows overlook the streetwalkers. "The apartment is in a perfect location, opposite the bus stop and located a 2 min walk from the Minori ferry port. The apartment has a variety of restaurants, bars and patisseries around it, the overall location couldn’t be faulted. "The location was absolutely beautiful and the view from the apartment was breathtaking. The apartment itself is really nice. We never met the host. We were a party of four but there was no extra bedding. The fans in the apartment were old and made a lot of noise. These are just minor things and if we would have had better communication with the host maybe could have been resolved"

"The host is very sweet and great at responding to information requests. The experience was a little shocking getting there for someone used to North American roads and driving but it’s a fun adventure too. If you have a car there’s a car park nearby that’s very reasonable. The flat is cute and clean and Elvira is very attentive. There’s a pool and spa on site that we didn’t end up using but was available to us. Rooms are comfortable and the flat is large and roomy. It’s a true Italian experience...
