"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. The rooms were great for the price and clean too, but very warm - they should be air-conditioned! We were refused a second fan. "This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"

"This hotel room was amazing, excellent view of the cathedral, lovely furnishings and super quiet. Has a kettle and cups for making tea. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Just one thing, our rooms air con/heating, had a weird loud intermittent buzz sometimes, especially noticeable at night. But overall a marvellous place to stay."
