The location is good near train station and city center but if your room window is facing the station then you have to close the window all the time to avoid noise. "Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay. "Pictures are not accurate. The check-in is in hotel around the corner. There is no river view. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger. "
