"It was much as I had expected, very clean, good views over the valley and excellent communication with Monia, the owner. We succeeded in stealing a key and a mirror and leaving a pair of glasses behind, all of which are finding their way back. Monia is even paying my parking fine for me as I have no idea how to do it and want to remain law abiding!! A great holiday!! PS. Take her advice re going to the Canottieri rowing club for meals. Great again."

"Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See."

"Brilliant stay, lovely property which was clean and modern. It would have been good to understand the pool would be closed until 1st june in advance. The stairs were also quite steep for elderly relatives. Only small things!"

"We stayed here for a quieter experience, and it was worth it! It is in a fantastic location—walkable to Laglio, and just a few minutes’ drive to Como or Tremezzo. The kitchen is well-equipped and allowed me to make some nice meals, which we enjoyed on the terrace. The views and the pool are exceptional! The only suggestion is to update the bathrooms a little. Overall, this was a real highlight of our stay in Lake Como."

"Onze week bij Villa Sassi verliep perfect. Laurence was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie, het huis en de tuin waren magnifiek en op ideale afstand van Como-centrum en omgeving. "My family and extended family, a party of 10, booked Poggio Verde for 4 nights in June. Communication with Gretchen the year leading up to the stay was effective, quick, professional and friendly. When we arrived, we were presented the home in a friendly manner. A beautiful home to enjoy Lake Como. Walking distance to the town center."

"Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "
