"Eu gosto de ficar neste hotel, em abril fiquei 3 vezes em datas diferentes Pontos negativos: toalhas super velhas, ao ponto de estarem amarelas, na Ultima vez me colocaram no mesmo andar de um time de futebol, e eles ficaram ate 2horas da manha falando alto e com TV ligada, fui ate a recepção para reclamar mas eles nao podiam fazer muito. Meu conselho é colocar times de futebol em um andar e nao misturar com outros hospedes. Pontos positivos: cafe da manha maravilhoso. Maya(ou Mayra) nao lembro bem o nome da atendendente, ela é maravilhosa. Na verdade todos sao maravilhosos. Enfim, é um bom hotel."

Good value hotel in a central location

"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "

Worth it!

"I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well. "
