"Location was fantastic and, so close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was really comfortable. Only downside was the room we were in, you could hear all the traffic noise outside. We hope to visit again soon."

"Front desk was soooo helpful and friendly. Recommended the perfect dinner spot for us, helped us figure out the (very easy) bus to the airport (pick up is at the end of the street, less than 10 min. ride, and costs €2/person). Room was clean and nice, with super comfy bed and bedding. We had the rooftop terrace all to ourselves to enjoy our wine at the end of the night. "My husband and I have both traveled internationally but neither of us have ever experienced the type of gracious and considerate hotel staff. Each and every one we encountered was amazing. This was really proven when my husband, who has heart problems, had to be taken to the hospital. They arranged a car to take me (while my husband was in the ambulance) and deliver both of us back home upon release. This was our first visit to Crete, for our 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. "
