"Le propriétaire avait suspendu la location de son appartement jusqu'au 31/12 mais Expedia à accepté la location. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a essayé de nous trouver une solution 5 heures avant mon arrivée. Service Expedia complètement NUL ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de m'appeler pour me proposer un autre hébergement. Très déçu. "

"I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. "This is our second trip to Brussels, and will most likely not be the last, as our daughter, her husband, and my granddaughter live there, and our stay at "Glaciere 10" could not have been better. We found the place with no issues, and the remote check-in process got us in with minimal issues. We had to call the manager to locate the keys, but he answered quickly and got us in. "Everything as described (no overstated or false marketing promises). Spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen (even including a dishwasher). Nice eating space in front of a balcony towards the garden. Two nice bedrooms. King-size bathroom with toilet, and a separate toilet. Very nice property manager, who lives in the same house. Because there was no immediately ensuing booking, he offered to postpone the checkout time until mid-afternoon without hassle. Honestly, nothing to comlain...

"This was perfect apartment studio 30 minutes walking to Brussels Midi Zuid Rail station with easy access to train, metro and bus or walking along the canal. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a school with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. Flemish/French spoken in this neighborhood.
