"Heaven truly exists. It’s because of this place at villa petriolo. I came solo and had the most amazing, healing time. The spa, gym, fire pit and areas to relax/ decompress was like nothing else. It was a true Tuscany experience. The staff here all made me feel welcome and seeing them everyday for 5 days, was truly so special. Thank you all for making it a place to remember. "This place was perfect. Spectacular views of the tuscan hills and gorgeous sunsets. Breakfast and dinner was also delicious. Perfect location for day trips to Florence, Sienna and Pisa."

"The beach area is nice with plenty of loungers and gazebos. They have a bar and restaurant there which serves good seafood. The hotel rooms are a little tired, I would say 4 star not 5 as they have paper cups in the rooms not glasses or cups. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with juices and water. The bathroom needed a bit of an update missing grout between tiles etc. The staff were very helpful albeit reception not quite so much. There was lots we had to find out for...

"Stayed here for our short city break. Hotel was clean, quiet and had an authentic Italian feel. Breakfast was great, offering a large selection. Staff were so friendly. Very convenient location from the city centre and around the corner from the train station. Would stay again!"

The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. "It was a last minute decision to go to Pisa. Having never been there before, I just picked the closest available property. This was great small off street parking area, but conveniently located with 3 minute walk to the leaning Tower.the breakfast was good, but get an early time, as the selection was less at 9:00. Everyone was helpful and friendly."
