"Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura."

"This is a werry good place"

"We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. "

"Amazing property with stunning views. Wonderful pool. Easy accessibility to beautiful surrounding areas such as Volterra and San Gimignano. Would definitely go again. Steve the manager was wonderful ."

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"We were looking for a quiet, peaceful feeling accommodation with a view of Italian countryside. That is what this property offers. Additionally, there is space and privacy as well as being well located for day excursions to local areas of interest. We were impressed with the quality and level of finishing and decorating. A lot of attention to detail was put into the home making it cozy and comfortable. We loved it!"

"Nice location in a pretty village approx 20 minutes from Lucca by car. We stayed in a private accessed Casa with two floors which had a private kitchen whilst ant the same time we were able to enjoy the shared facilities such as the tennis courts and swimming pool with the rest of the villa. Vanessa was a lovely host, very friendly and had very helpful staff upon arrival to assist us with our bags and show us to our room. "we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!"
