"We booked this adorable tiny house for a few days as a stopping/resting spot for a wedding we went to in Arkansas-just to break up the drive. The house is just as pictured, wonderfully decorated, supplied, and clean. But, there really is no reason to stay inside when you can sit on the back patio and look over at the beautiful lake, trees, and animal life. We would have spent the entire trip on the patio if the rain had allowed. It is one of the most peaceful, secluded homes we have ever stayed...

"The cottage at River Bird Lodge was excellent. It's very nice, clean, well appointed. It's great for a couple or a small family. The cottage layout has a bedroom and common living area with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, which is not always the case. It sits on a large property with a lot of woods to explore, as well as the river. This time of year the river is pretty low, so you can easily access the riverbed.. Niki was very responsive and easy to work with. I gave only 4 stars...

"Wonderful location to Sardis lake-right across the street and down a short walkable trail. Host was constantly available by phone, but we really had everything we could need for a nice, quiet weekend. Enjoyed Sardis and Clayton lake while there. We will be back!"
