"Stayed here with my family when visiting Nottingham, really good hotel in lovely grounds. Games room and pool which kept us all entertained. Really friendly staff, we would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Lovely hotel The annexe area is very tired and the bathrooms need updating. The spa was ok but could benefit from an upgrade and maybe some soft relaxing music in the treatment rooms. The staff were ok. No one ‘went the extra mile’ let’s say. Staff need to be more customer focused at times felt like they were putting themselves out to accommodate us when it should be that nothing was too much trouble especially in the spa. This didn’t spoil our stay though. "

The food was excellent , although it was a wedding breakfast. The only grouse was the tea bags . We are Pg tips and it was Tetleys , so bring your own if you like a good brew .."
