"Your co. must share the blame for my awful time at the hotel. I had specifically requested a hotel in or very near the city centre and at least four stars standard I was booked into a hotel 35 km away. I had requested for taxi to be picked up from the Airport and you had confirmed that at 20 euro cost they will send me a taxi. No taxi was there at my arrival.
