"This was our third stay at Broad Street Living. It's probably "too much" house for the two of us and dog, but the fenced yard, the porch, the comfy beds, and the well-stocked kitchen mean we'll return as often as we can!"

"My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, and in a great location for a walk to the beach. I have only one suggestion however, a bedside lamp in the bedrooms would be nice for reading. "

"The Calm Tide cottage was charming and in a great location! I was impressed with the fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lovely backyard and spacious living areas! "2016 build with staircase to first floor. Caught slot drum on popping cork with Z-Man pearl soft bait shad with inshore oil. Caught pinfish in creek to bait my crabpot and got a dozen keepers to make crabcakes. Beautiful views of sunrise and what a Full moon to view from over the creek! Slept in the loft bedroom with gorgeous view of the water! Bring your kayak or canoe for full water exploration."

"We arrived to find a wonderful little place at the beach. Everything was just as it was described in the listing. This is a great spot for a couple looking for a getaway. It was very clean and communication between the owners were clear and to the point. Just make sure you take king sheets and towels with you because there isn’t any there. The weather was cold but my wife enjoyed her birthday getting at the beach. "

Historic Old Town Beaufort Home dating back to 1869 moved from Shackelford

"We've stayed in a few rentals. This one tops the list. It is not run by property management, and the owners live nearby. The owners added several extras not found in other rentals such as many condiments and a bowl of packaged snacks. Pet friendly. Outdoor area to enjoy with the dogs. Location is great. It's close to a coffee shop. The town is super cute. A short drive to the ferry. Plenty of activities."

"Can't say enough great things about our time at this home and our hosr, Kim. Thank you for working with us on our schedule due to the unfortunate events of the hurricane in our home town. Your home was so clean and welcoming and much needed peace. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing at the dock and sitting on the back poarch watching sunsets. Definately a top spot for our future! "

"I definitely will come back. I have Thanksgiving dinner with my children and grandkids. I cooked for them ( that was the most exited thing after 2 years), kitchen has all the what you need . Master room big enough. The 2bedroom was very nice as well . I couldn’t when to the beach because was cold . We planning to go back in summer"
