"Love this place! It was very clean, bed was so comfy, kitchen well equipped, recliner chairs were an added plus! All of the decor was absolutely beautiful! The owner added little extra touches that made you feel right at home! Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance. The only negative I could say is that I would have liked the checkout time to be a little later. This is the place to stay in Helen, Georgia! "

"The property was very spacious and clean. You do have to go up several steps to the entrance and can be a challenge with luggage. We had an issue with hot water being available in all rest rooms. Also, the outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay! "

"We had an awesome, quick family vacation for spring break… And this condo was even more than we expected! The location is amazing, so we could walk to everything, never got in our van one time. The inside was even more spacious and nice than I could tell from the listing, and the outdoor areas for chilling or sitting in the hot tub were great! "We stayed at this little Gem for 3 nights and Loved the location, nice comfy king bed, and the Back deck over looking the river! SO relaxing to watch and listen to the water flowing about while having cocktails or sipping coffee. We would love to co.e back."

"My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend. "

"Very nice and well located property, not in town but still walking distance to riverside park and downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities of a hotel room and four times the space, plus a kitchen and a hot tub. "

"The condo was very clean and modern. Loved the gas fireplace in the cool weather. Also enjoyed the hot tub once we could figure it out; we’re just not hot tub savvy. Turns out the sofa bed was broken but that didn’t spoil our trip. We had a great time. "

"Just off the strip next to really great restaurants. Peaceful and quiet with a big space for our family to enjoy the tranquility of Helen GA. Fantastic restaurants two blocks away. Fantastic internet to research the next day. We had a great time. Very clean and new townhouse. Would stay again. "

"Cozy apt...love it has 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with personal bathrooms for each and one downstairs. Mattresses were AWESOME! Got great rest. So close to town. Most streaming available. All of this made our stay very enjoyable! Nice birthday weekend for friend "

"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we visit the area. It was a great value for what we paid. We had a bedroom, a loft bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for the same price I've paid for a regular hotel room. The key is to go into it with your eyes open. The property is older and it shows. There were dings in the furniture and the decor was outdated. But it was clean (the baseboards and ceiling fan could have used a wipe down but the everyday stuff was clean). If you...
