"From my arrival Zaharia checked me in! She has the heart of leadership, her question to me was” how can I make your stay better?” And she did! I want to thank her for her caring and sharing, I was there for the jazz band competition, and the band from Huston Tollison was the first winner, my reason for being there! No issues with my room I want the hotel to get top rating. Leroy and Antoine from the concierge were very professional and such a pleasure to talk to!!"

"Check in line was long when I got there, so I decided to go eat dinner and come back. When we got back the line was shorter and i waited maybe 15 minutes. Jazmine checked us in and she was great! Very friendly, and knew alot about the area. The room was like a small apartment. It was awesome. "
