"I came for a grad school interview at the University of Evansville. I liked the downtown location of this hotel, it is very walkable to nearby sights and restaurants. Despite my room being near the elevator I found it to be very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was able to prepare for my interview without any distractions. The shower had great water pressure. The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, much more food than I expected! Parking was easy with a safe outdoor lot. I was also able to check in a few hours early with no hassle, and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This location felt very safe for me, as a woman traveling alone. I ultimately was accepted into the grad program so I will stay here again when I return to Evansville!"
