"Visiting family before new year. Lovely single room with small en-suite but perfect for me. Everything I needed was available but in the kitchen, required more utensils for cooking. I got takeaway and used what I could, no problem with bowls/plates and kitchen appliances. Great spacious clean kitchen. Lovely place to stay, recommend. "

"We booked the Victorian room for Saturday night stay at short notice just a short time before we arrived. We was immediately sent a welcoming text message with details of where to park and when our earliest check in would be The Host, Iain greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. "This was a beautiful period property decorated in a modern style. The furniture was lovely and the bed comfy. The shower was more than adequate and the fridge and hot drink making facilities were appreciated. Very clean. Gorgeous location overlooking the loch. Cafes serving breakfast were very close and the town was full of pubs and restaurants. We loved our stay here!"

"Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Large TV screen, good hot drink facilities plus small fridge. The water was very hot. Only issue was that the water in the shower was too hot to stand under and we couldn't turn it down. Good value for money, would stay again."
