"This apartment is perfectly located right smack-dab in the middle of Dubrovnik. Just a 50 metre walk to the Stradun allowing for space from the hustle and bustle. Self check-in instructions were flawless and the proprietor, Jenelle was quick to ask if everything had gone well. And quick to respond when we reached out on "what's 's app". She followed up with a surprise gift of sparkling wine as we were celebrating two birthdays during our stay. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and...

"We absolutely loved this accomodation - close to the beach and the old town, the hosts were perfectly attentive and accomodating and the views from the balcony were spectacular. There was even a kitten who made herself available, just as we were missing our own. When I come back to Dubrovnik I will not hesitate to stay here again. Loved it!"

"Despite all the steps, we had a great time. The property is not modern but was very clean. Maria and her son Daniel werewonderful hosts. They were very kind and gave lots of advice. The terrace, overlooking the sea, was a lovely place to sit and relax after days out"

"The only challenge is that the apartment is at the top of two flights of narrow, steep stairs, and there's another flight up from the bedroom to the living area. If that's not a problem then everything else is great. There's a balcony (view of the building opposite, but you're in the Old City!). The double glazing effectively blocks noise, the aircon works. Because you're in the Old City everything is just there .. loved it. "

"An amazing stay at if you’re looking to be in walking distance of everything Dubrovnik has to offer. 20 min walk to old town, 25 min walk to Lapad, small grocery at the top of the street. The VIEW is incredible from sunrise to sunset. Peaceful location away from busy streets and the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots. Tucked away just enough. I would highly recommended and will come back if we are ever in Dubrovnik again. "

"Just a note that the property is located in a hill . One thing to know for visitors is that Dubrovnik is hilly and the old town is for walking only. Vehicles are not allowed."

"It's really a nice hotel. Easy to find,park, a lot of choices for eating. Either you want to have dinner inside the hotel or around. Don't missed the breakfast buffet. It's great 👍. I drove myself and it's not far to go to the old town Dubrovnik. "

"This was the absolute BEST stay. The staff was incredible from the time we checked in. Our room was upgraded to a superior suite with an ocean view–and it was the most incredible room–bright, sweeping ocean views, treats, and a nice note from the staff. They even brought champagne once learning of our anniversary. We took advantage of the pool and sauna nearly every evening. We ate at the restaurant 3/4 nights and the food is UNMATCHED. By the end, the chef recognized us and remembered our orders. We even took advantage of the spa and had an amazing massage. The walk to old town is perfect. It's right along the coast and only takes about 10-15 minutes. If the walk back up is intimidating you can easily hop on the number 4 bus and will be dropped right in front of the hotel. Again, AMAZING stay. Best staff. Best accommodations. Best food. Leaving feeling relaxed. "
