"The place was very clean, and it was easy to check-in. The kitchen was big and well furnished, but got a bit disappointed seeing there wasn’t cooking oil, salt or pepper. The bunk beds were comfortable enough, but the lack of privacy curtains was a bit off putting. I got to sleep in my room alone, so it’s not too bad, but I wouldn’t like having strangers come and go and just see me sleep. Finally, I feel like the blanket fee is a bit deceiving. "Nice little place. The shared bathroom was musty in the showers. Lake front is across lava field and highway. Really cute huts, clean linens, kettle in room and heat. It was convenient location for our ring road trip! "

Host/Team is very responsive in helping us with the check-in etc. Very functional home - easy to cook and wash up in the kitchen the Icelandic chocolate snack is a thoughtful touch.
