"Awful place. One star is too much. More like a doss house. Unopened post piling up at the door. Floors could do with a good clean. Hand written paper signs stuck on the door and walls. Very scruffy looking. I arrived at about 2am. My room was very cold. I asked for the heating to be put on. They said "OK" but didn't do it. Heating didn't come on later either. "Got there chap was friendly, shown the property behind the named lodge, byildeing smelt of stale smoke, had a double and 2 singles in the room a fridge, microwave and kettle didnt notice plates didnt stay long enough, curtain pole was on the wall put of sheer determination, bedside lamp didnt work, room was warm and stuffy smelt stale now fan available, handed the key over and left."
