"Had such a great stay! We had a huge drive up and the lady at reception went above and beyond with great customer service and was really helpful and organised a cot for my over tired cranky baby immediately when requested and upgraded us to the beautiful lakeside cabins which were perfect. A big thank you to the lady in reception who assisted me, it was really appreciate after a huge travel day with a 1 year old and 2 year old! Waterpark, pool and jumping pillow were amazing for young kids. We didn’t want to leave! Great location too just outside Byron. Definitely coming back again soon 😊 Our new favourite holiday park! "

"The property was very clean and updated, we loved the location. I had my morning walk around Shaws Bay. There is an awesome playground near by. The only thing that was disappointing was the jumping pillow that had a rip and wasnt up. My kids were really looking forward to that one. Other than that, would definitely stay again!"
