"This is a 5 star bnb as far as the house and staff go. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is only a couple house from a major intersection and due to the age of the windows and home there is little to insulate from the loud cars and motorcycles. I would assume this is less of an issue with rooms on back of house and only a problem on Friday and Saturday nights for the most part. We’d love to come back but would skip a busy travel weekend. "

"It was like a home away from home- bedroom with sitting area , bath and separate full kitchen. Beautiful yard with iron gate to sit outside safely at night , complimentary wine and water, family owners very helpful with pointing things out on maps for us, I highly recommend this property. Loved the Henry Suite.,"

"It was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out! The decor is beautiful, yet still modern and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed at every juncture. The breakfasts were delightful, and so abundant that we skipped lunch most of the time. I cannot recommend the McMillan Inn strongly enough!"

"The front desk person, Abigail, was just the person I needed for my half marathon race weekend. My flight was delayed by hours and had to check in after hours. She left a bagel for me so I wouldn’t run on an empty stomach and was leaving the Inn at 6:30 am. I didn’t get back until 11:30 am and she messaged me asked me how the race went and shared space with me on everything. Even though it was after breakfast hours she offered me iced coffee and a scone. I couldn’t have asked for a better...

"Stayed here for a mother-daughter trip & loved it! Very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, & a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Beach towels and other basics are provided to you. Only a few minutes from the marine science center, lighthouse, etc. My only tiny complaint is that our room on the first floor was a little tight and would probably be better for a solo traveler, but I know they can’t do much regarding room sizes! Overall 5 stars :)"
