"The property was in a generally good state of repair and presentation, with the only area in need of attention being the shower cubicle . The dining area in the kitchen was tight for four adults. However, most things are provided and to a good standard. The garden room was a nice bonus and the off road parking was necessary as the road was quite narrow. "We stayed to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday and although we had a slight issue with the booking (expedia’s fault not theirs) the staff were brilliant upgrading our room and leaving a lovely card and chocolates for my husband. Also after dinner they presented my husband with a Happy Birthday plate with fruit and chocolates. The spa pool was lovely and relaxing. All the hotel staff were very friendly and chatty. We will definitely go back again. "

"Excellent value for money. Staff warm and welcoming. Breakfast was to a very high standard and freshly prepared. Convenient location. Hard to fault as there was a real sense of generosity. Would definitely recommend. As a Coeliac I found the staff well aware of the condition and I felt safe eating the breakfasts, which added greatly to the quality of the stay. "
