Staff is always helpful and friendly and the rooms are great. Very comfortable beds. The gym is in two rooms and is well-equipped. The spa is also lovely to enjoy after a busy day. The rooftop restaurant has great staff and great food too, and the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best ones (at least in the nordics). "
