It looks to be outside of Skaneateles and technically that is true, but it is 5 minute drive next to the lake with beautiful homes, etc. The building itself is beautiful, old but with a lovely aesthetic. It feels homey, but one that an interior designer designed. From board games to an ice machine at the ready while in front of the fire…it was delightful. "A beautifully restored 1800’s farmhouse was the perfect gathering place to celebrate Christmas with family. Its history was surely one of love and happiness as that’s the vibe we experienced in every nook and cranny! Truly a wonderful place to put your worries aside, leave your black balloons at the door and just breathe! "

"Ellen and Adam were wonderful hosts. It was my husband's birthday weekend, and they surprised us with a nice focaccia bread, cupcakes from a local bakery, and birthday candles to boot!! The view from the 2nd floor space is reminiscent of a Finger Lakes winery overlooking Otisco Lake and surrounding rolling hills so typical of this area--So nice!!"
