Summary:
This property features a newly renovated Carriage House, private 2 story unit featuring an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen, living room, full bath, private deck & a brand new addition of a 2nd bedroom on the main/first floor. The upper level features a full size bath, 1 queen & 1 full size bed w/ half wall for partial separation. A semi-handicapped walk-in shower w/ bench is on main floor. This unit sleeps 6 & can accommodate 8 people w/a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa bed. The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022. All building combined, will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). Please note Email us for more information.

The Space:
Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. Our suites are located on Genesee Street a short walk, bike or drive to the center of the village just minutes away. If you're looking for a rental property that is convenient to the village and can accommodate your group or family with all the amenities of home you've come to the right place!

The owner of the property was very communicative and responds right away to any questions you may have. The place was very clean and well maintained..linens and bedding were all very comfy! Quiet getaway
The house was very clean and comfortable, and Debbie was easy to contact. We had a few questions about how to turn the heat on, and she responded right away! The backyard was a great place to drink morning coffee, and the house is close to town. We enjoyed doing some shopping while we were there!

Pup Perfect Location
First time taking our “Girls” (two small senior terriers) with us to see how they would handle a change of scenery. The location was great with the yard being perfectly suited to sniffing and exploring. The downtown area was dog friendly and so close. Everything you need
We rented this property because they allowed my dog to come along. We can’t board her because she’s very anxious so this property provided a great alternative. It’s hard to find “nice” places to stay that allow dogs. This property was clean and provided everything that we could ask for. The yard was huge for her to run around, it was close to town and the house was spacious. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Getaway
Home was super clean and well equipped. Pet friendly too. Our dog enjoyed the large yard. Location nice and very private. We had a small issue with heat but owner responded quickly and sent someone to fix it. First visit to Skaneateles and won’t be our last. We had a great time and will stay again. Highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at The Carriage House. It’s located just outside of town and quick (less than a minute) drive to Mirabeau and Rosalie’s Cucina, and a 2 minute drive into the village. The property was so clean and quiet. Loved sitting on the porch, and next time we plan to use the fire pit.

Clean & close to town
This was a great place for us to meet up with college friends for a kid-less weekend! The property was clean, quiet and cute. There were a few things that would have made it even better: the queen bed upstairs was horribly uncomfortable. We actually dragged it onto the floor the second night. There aren’t a lot of essentials in the kitchen for cooking, so just plan to eat at one of the yummy restaurants in town. The one wall unit for air didn’t work-but such a minor thing. Overall a great experience!

Surprise 30th birthday getaway.
This rental was exceptionally clean, supplied with everything we needed. The decor is simple but beautiful. Nice surprise getaway for my daughters 30th spa getaway. Guys stayed at house. Girls went to spa. Great weekend.

Really cute town.
We went in winter so we drove downtown which is only a mile and would be an easy walk in better weather. We had yummy take out from a few restaurants and enjoyed the quaint main Street. Management staff was super responsive with any questions or needs. Just a heads up there are 2 other rental units that share a parking lot on the same property if that matters to you. But there was a large open area to walk our dog as needed.

Perfect Stay
A few of us took my mom to celebrate an 80th birthday weekend. The house was beautiful and spotless. The deck provided a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and our evening enjoyment. The town was very close by; not walkable for my mom. Property was beautiful and management was very helpful. Would love to go again!
